and Tech Inspection will take place on Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The place is too be determined right now. A Parc Expose will begin at 4:00PM, so make sure you
have everything taken care of. We will not have the resources to do Annual
Tech Inspections. If you need to get your Annual Inspection done at
Prescott it MUST be done by appointment only. Please E-mail Steve
Westwood with any problems or questions about this issue.

Refunds:
Competitor's who withdraw
on or before September 14 will receive a full refund. Entries withdrawn
after September 28 will be refunded minus a $50.00 processing fee. Entries
that are a "No Show" (registered but did not show up for the
event, and have not withdrawn) will not be refunded their entry fee.
Insurance:
A copy of the Insurance
Declaration Page MUST accompany the registration form for all vehicles
INCLUDING the service vehicles. All vehicles must carry the SCCA minimums
of $100,000/$250,000/$50,000. Registration is considered incomplete
without this page, and the entry will be withdrawn.
Numbering:
All entrants must display
their SCCA assigned number. Please make sure you have this taken care of,
as numbering will not be available at the event. Please contact John
Mcarthur for proper number assignment and
Sean Conlan
for any ID Package needs.
License:
A copy of your ProRally or
ClubRally license must be presented at Registration. There will be no
exceptions to this rule. If you do not have an SCCA license please arrive
early, as there will be some paperwork to fill out.
Registration is considered incomplete without it, and you will not be able
to compete.
Lodging:
We have changed Host Hotels for this
year!!! We are back up on the hill at The Prescott Resort. We will have
designated parking areas for both crews and Parc Expose. We currently have a
block of 75 rooms for the rally, and more can be obtained if needed. Please
mention the rally when you register to get the $79.00 room rate.

Faxing in your entry...
If you are registering on or
after September 28nd, your entry must be faxed to the registrar at (602)
512-7549. You MUST also pay online at that time. Entry forms received
without payment of the entry fee will not be considered registered. ANY
payment of funds at the event will be charged the "At The Event"
fee, as listed above. No exceptions can be made.
